In our first hands on look of Namco’s Tekken Tag Tournament 2 (TTT2) we looked at the various modes on offer as well as the options solo players have with the game. In this preview we take a look at the more rudimentary elements on offer such as the Gallery, Profile and Local Multiplayer options.
The Gallery is a standard option these days and allows easy access to all of the game’s unlocked video content. There’s a fair bit to unlock here…somehow.
The profile options provides a veritable feast of stats and information which some might ignore, but others will take a great interest to see how their picks fare on and offline.
Fighting games have proven with little doubt that there’s plenty of fun to be had either teaming up with a friend in front of the same TV, or going head to head. TTT 2 provides suitable options for those with bystanders who require a beating, or for those ultra competitive bouts.
With its host of options and definitive tag team fighting, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 looks set to be an excellent fighting game, and addition to the Tekken series. The game will hit retail on September 14th 2012.
