Running With Scissors released their early-access alpha build of Postal 4 No Regerts yesterday on Steam. This is an odd game filled with dark and not so dark humour in a series spanning many years now. The alpha build is a bit rough around the edges. Our game crashed losing all our progress (hence the short video). Still, this is a fun game to keep-an-eye-on and will no-doubt improve before it releases proper next year most-likely. What other game has you urinating on people, running them over with mobility scooters and collecting rogue animals to be crushed! Having spent more time with the game it’s probably best to advise at present to ignore the objectives and simply explore the sandbox. The developers have a thorough road-map ahead which will obviously improve the quality-of-life elements the game currently needs. You can have lots of fun finding weapons and simply going on a demented spree. Starting with a bit of urinating on the unsuspecting before letting rip with an AK47 or Shotgun. It’s not all plain sailing though as it looks like some residents will fight-back with their own fists or guns.

Once this game fleshes out more then it certainly has potential. At present a lot needs to be done to get this up to speed to be a working game. We’ll be keeping a close-eye on how things develop and let you know what we find.
