Popular belief would suggest that only 5 people will see the benefits of this video, but it’s likely there are a lot more closet 3D gamers out there enjoying the extra dimension. We recently sampled the delights of the PC version of Capcom’s DmC Devil May Cry which although in itself doesn’t ship with 3D support; using third party software has enabled 3D for the game and the results are nothing short of spectacular. Check out the video for a taste of what the game looks like in 3D and like many other games that don’t support the third dimension out of the box, does provide a lot more depth. DmC’s jarring design choices really lend themselves well to 3D gameplay, and in this instance, going back to 2D loses something along the way once 3D has been sampled.
