Xbox Live service disruption 8.1.2014

Xbox Live seems to be having an issue at the moment according to it Live status page which informs users that currently, making purchases are affected. Microsoft are aware of the issue and are in the process of looking for a solution. The rest of the network seems to operating normally, bar the Nat Geo App.

Buying downloadable items
Paying for downloadable items with a credit card
Paying for downloadable items with stored currency, adding additional stored currency, or viewing your balance

      That’s a pretty ignorant stance you’re taking as in “because it doesn’t affect me then it’s not a problem”. No one is implying this is a “big” news story as you put it, more something that is providing information. What’s interesting is, it probably took you as much time, if not more, to post your comment than reading the “waste of time” article.
