Can the Star Wars Jedi: Survivor opening, top the intro in Fallen Order?

We think the opening moments of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order had everything from emotion, action, darkness, companionship, a tutorial and stunning visuals. In fact, we would go as far as suggesting it’s up there with the best openings in gaming (not everyone would agreed mind). Take a look at it here in 4K HDR Epic Settings on PC.

Now, fast-forward from November 2019 when Fallen Order released, and we have the advent of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on the horizon which releases for current gen consoles and PC on April 28th. Aside from naturally improved visuals if it includes ray tracing features, we’re wondering how the intro will stack-up compared to it’s predecessor. Will Respawn opt for a similar action-packed roller-coaster ride to introduce returning older, yet wiser looking character Cal Kestis? Or something a little more traditional? Either way, we won’t be able to decide until we get hands-on with the game. Until then, remind yourselves of that impressive intro from Fallen Order and either agree or disagree with our sentiment in addition to checking out the latest story trailer.
