The Sims 4 claims UK Software Sales Chart top spot

EA/Maxis’ The Sims 4 launched last week exclusively on PC and has managed to secure the top spot in the all formats UK software sales chart leaving last week’s victor Metro Redux down two to third place. Interestingly, Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs has seen a resurgence in sales and climbed 7 places to second place from ninth last week. In other news it seems the demise of FIFA 14 from the upper regions of the charts is well set as it failed to hit the top 20. This is well understandable given the pre-release amble of its successor FIFA 15 on the 26th of September where all hell is likely to break loose as the series battles once again for chart dominance against the likes of Destiny which releases this week on PS3, Xbox 360  Xbox One and PS4.
