Larian Studios has today announced a Kickstarter campaign for Divinity Original Sin II, the sequel to the accomplished action role playing game Divinity:Original Sin. The campaign commences from August 26th 2015 and will allow fans the chance to voice their opinions about the game and how some of the rewards should be presented. Larian Studio boss Swen Vincke, took to his blog to explain why they are using Kickstarter. The uber-short version would be that “Divinity: Original Sin wouldn’t be the game it was without the input from our Kickstarter backers & Steam Early Access players. There were a lot of them and they pushed us forwards in directions we hadn’t anticipated when we started development.”
