Ubisoft has announced today that it will be bringing its game subscription library entitled Ubisoft+ to Xbox Game Pass (although some games like Rainbow Six Siege are already available on the service). This will be available for Xbox and PC subscribers. In their own words

The service allows access to more than 100 Ubisoft titles at a single monthly cost, with games and DLC available on launch day, and monthly rewards including cosmetics, boosters, in-game items, and more.

In addition, they also announced that their upcoming Rainbow Six Extraction will also launch on Xbox Game Pass for console and PC players day 1 (Jan 20th).
