Let’s face it. The Resident Evil remakes are quite old now and perhaps you may have exhausted all avenues or even played again with various mods. Well, for those looking for a new third-person action game of the same ilk, look no further than MetalStar Studio’s The Killing Antidote (PC via Steam).
The game offers some extra things you won’t find in the Capcom games, such as character customisation and loads of outfits to find in the field. And…if it’s your calling, you can even play the game in lead character Jodi’s underwear (gathering the clothes as you progress). Whilst not as polished as the Resident Evil Games, it’s a remarkable effort and plays very well. We’ve got 3 videos for you, a narrated and quite mad one. A non-narrated offering, and one more that looks at the challenge mode. Take your pick. Failing that, you could just try the free demo.
