Ubisoft drops Uplay Passports from its games

Ubisoft has today posted on its blog that it will be dropping its UPLAY Passport for its future titles. With the release of Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag, users can now grab the companion app for free without the use of a UPLAY Passport. This is a welcome move for most and shows that sometimes, the voice of gamers are listened to.
