CD Projekt Red recently released a further update for the PC iteration of The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt bringing the game version up to 1.04 since release. With an improvement to the texture detail it’s clear the PC game is moving away from the console versions where at launch they were undeniably similar. We’ve chronicled the updates and placed them in order to see the visual differences starting at the original 1.02 through to 1.03 and then the latest 1.04. For additional comparison we’ve compared to the vanilla PS4 version. As always, we’ve included a direct feed download link although the caveat is it exceeds 800 MB. As an alternative, we’ve included a Youtube video although to be fair, this is perhaps the hardest way to spot any of the finer details due to the renowned Youtube compression.
