Whilst using AMD’s TressFX might cause issues with frame rates for some users, we’ve been enjoying looking at the more animated Lara Croft – although for some players it’s possibly a matter of personal taste. Either way, AMD’s hair tech is rather good although could use with a bit more
AMD released a video which showcases the TressFX hair technology as seen in today’s release of Tomb Raider on the PC. Whilst some find the hair a bit too light and distracting, it does offer a more animated look to the character.
