Take a look at this gameplay video which was recorded yesterday of Senran Kagura using Tridef 3D whilst running it via the Virtual Desktop using a Tridef custom 3D profile. You can try and download the raw file from Youtube using KeepVid.com which gives you a 2GB file in 4K (source video was 10GB) but has no audio or settle for a lower quality version. There are tools available to mix the audio file.
If you’ve got Virtual Desktop or even BIGSCREEN Beta for the Rift or Vive then it’s suggested having a watch as the 3D is pretty special offering some excellent concave and convex 3D effects that are perhaps far deeper than regular VR. Simply load Virtual Desktop and then play using a default movie player, then press F6 or F7 to activate half SBS. The point here is although it’s not VR per se, you can feel fully immersed in the game when using the Rift or Vive as a 3D viewer. One caveat, due to the nature of the Senran Kagura games it’s a bit sexy in a fun way.
