It appears a few feathers were ruffled after Microsoft announced that Crystal Dynamics’ Rise of the Tomb Raider would be exclusive to the Xbox brand (Xbox One/Xbox 360)  leaving out Playstation and PC gamers. Well it appears some fears should be allayed as it has materialized that the game will only be a timed exclusive on Xbox leaving the doors open for the game to appear on other formats once the exclusivity period is over. Speaking to Eurogamer, Microsoft’s Phil Spencer spills some interesting facts, namely Microsoft does not own the Tomb Raider franchise and is all about the deal with Crystal which does have a time limit. He does  not go further into details but at least sheds light on the matter.
