Ubisoft has today released new information regarding their forthcoming Rayman Legends on Xbox One and PS4. The game will release on February 21st 2014 and will utilize features unique to each console as well as improved graphics over the last gen counterparts.

The loading time between maps will be suppressed. Players on both platforms will also get exclusive costumes for Rayman and Globox: Splinter Ray, Ray Vaas and Globox Vaas on Xbox One; and Assassin Ray on PlayStation4. They will also be able to buy the Funky Ray costume with Uplay points.

The Xbox One version will feature 10 exclusive challenges to unlock new time-limited Achievements; while the PlayStation 4 will allow use of the Dual Shock  touchpad for actions such as scratching Lucky Tickets, as well as making and sharing screenshots and videos with the community, and using the PlayStation Vita remote play to continue playing the game even when the TV is off.
