Rainbow Six Siege Beta Console Vs PC Graphics Comparison

Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six Siege Beta is available now on Xbox One, PS4, PC and comes with some neat physics based visual qualities especially when looking at the game’s destructible environments. However, it appears smooth operation comes at the expense of overall detail where the game doesn’t look to have a high level of texture detail. Obviously this is the Beta where the game could be improved visually between now and release, although experience suggests this is usually not the case. Looking at the game we put some static scenes together and compared the console version with the PC at maximum settings. Obviously the PC benefits from a silky smooth 60 frames per second over its console counterpart which is definitely more preferable in a first person shooter. Take a look at the video and see for yourselves that there’s actually little differences between the console and PC version. Looking at the two side by side and it’s clear the PC version is a touch sharper overall and has some slightly better texture detail, but aside from that they are close.
