Nvidia Release New Driver Update which adds VRSS (improved VR visuals)

Nvidia released a new driver update today (441.87) which includes new tech for improved visuals using RTX graphics cards. The new Variable Rate Super-Sampling or VRSS improves visual acuity at the centre of the display where the eyes look. Using Nvidia’s Variable Rate Shading (VRS), it automatically applies 8X super-sampling when there is GPU headroom to do so. This keeps the experience as smooth as possible and maintains frames-per-second. Take a look at the video below showing Boneworks with the comparison, although the differences aren’t easy to spot.
