The developer of Technolust (IRIS-VR) which is a cool VR experience for the Rift and Vive is working on a new project entitled Low-Fi (working title). It is set within the same universe as Technolust but we are told this isn’t a direct sequel. So, no Technolust 2 despite the looks and feel of the game. Either way, having dived into the demo which allows for flying across the Cyberpunk themed Metropolis in a patrol craft this is looking like an extremely exciting project for Cyberpunk and VR fans. The other elements such as moving around in first person on the ground are also pretty engaging. Considering how good Technolust is, Low-Fi certainly has a lot to live up to. But, so far we’re extremely impressed with what we have seen and played. Hopefully it won’t take too long to get finished.
