It seems Konami has been listening to gamers or it was planned all along but you can now get the female sniper and scantily dressed Quiet character back as a buddy in Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom Pain. She leaves after a certain point in the story much to the dismay of her fans and could only be prevented if a butterfly emblem was equipped. This however meant you were unable to unlock her final missions. For those who already finished all the missions it was a slap in the face especially if you were well used to her sniper back up during missions. Well by simply replaying mission 11 Cloaked in Silence up to 7 times you’ll notice the description in the mission list change from [REPLAY] Cloaked In Silence to [REUNION] Cloaked in Silence. Once completed and without killing her she’ll be back in you capable hands once more. Check the video to see it in action.

Note: earlier last week we were approached in one of our videos by one user who claimed to have gotten Quiet back using a similar method before this latest patch. But he was unclear on how he had managed it. It’s possible this option was available before the latest patch.
