DOOM 2016 has just released on consoles and PC and to put the game through its paces using a GTX 980 Ti the settings have been cranked up and the game enjoyed to its fullest. Developers id have seemingly well optimized this game with some steady frame-rates seen all round but this is perhaps expected due to the enclosed nature of the game. In the opening section we recorded though there’s a bit of both and as you can see in our video the frame rate stays well above 60 for the majority of the time regardless.
