It’s entirely possible to complete all of the initial Cyberpunk 2077 Watson side-missions before hopping into Dexter’s ride. This is before you initiate the preliminary missions for The Heist. You leave Dexter waiting for quite some time and once you do get there, you can be quite high levelled making light work of any opposition in the Prologue section. Take a look at the video which shows a high bank balance (without crafting exploits), high level netrunner build who is able to take on Arasaka security forces without issue.
