Beyond Two Souls Nudity censored in Europe

Quantic Dreams’ PS3 exclusive action adventure game Beyond Two Souls releases in Europe tomorrow, but according to reports, the European version has had some 10 seconds of more graphic moments cut from the game in attempt to keep the game rated for the PEGI 16 rating rather than an 18.  Apparently Sony’s Derek Osgood has said, “all that was adjusted is 2 camera angles so that a touch of the more graphic content is shown from a different angle and not visible.” Sony have previously been quick to respond by saying the cuts do not affect the gameplay or the story in any way. The US version which released yesterday features no such censorship. Perhaps some moments in the video below have had a few cuts in the Euro version, although nothing is really seen here that compromises Ellen Page’s likeness in the game, so could be some other scenes.
