Batty Humble Bundle nets $1.5 million in 12 hours

The Humble Bundle charity based promotion has brought out the big guns this week with the arrival of a  Warner Bros. themed package that is proving popular with the punters. Gamers can snag, Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition, F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin, F.E.A.R. 3 and  Lord of the Rings: War in the North for as little as  a few dollars for the lot. However, placing an average pledge (the choice is yours how much you pay but currently is around $5/£3.22, and you can unlock  Scribblenauts Unlimited and Batman: Arkham City Game of the Year Edition as well.

The offer runs for just two weeks and provides digital keys to be used on Steam for PC. What’s more, since the promotion went live 12 hours ago, it has already amassed some 329,000 purchases, raising over $1.5 million USD which gets divided between the developer, promotion handler and charity.
