Atomic Heart Open World Gameplay – First moments in the open world – RTX 4090 4K no DLSS

In this video, we showcase the Atomic Heart open world gameplay. For those who have not played the game, it takes around 4-5 hours inside before you are let loose to explore the open-world section of the game. The video was recorded using an RTX 4090 on Steam PC, at max settings in native 4K (no DLSS was used). For reference, the RTX 4090 can run the game at around 120 fps which is pretty decent for such a visually impressive title. That said, there is no ray tracing at present which hopefully will be added at a later date. Atomic Heart has been years in the making, and released for consoles and PC on Feb 21st 2023.
