Chinese developer ThinkingStars who are based in Beijing have been working hard at the recent ChinaJoy 2018 expo showcasing their game Anno Mutationem which was originally for mobile (developed in Unity) but will be coming to PS4, PC and Switch in 2019. There are no other details yet, other than they are also working on a game called Fringe Wars which is heading to Steam. The game does look very nice with its pixel detailed artistic direction and opts for a cyberpunk style. All we can say is stay tuned and hopefully more details will be revealed in due course.
