Metal Gear Solid V Map recreated in Far Cry 4

Over the holiday period we tasked ourselves with making a version of the open world Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes map using the Far Cry 4 map making tools. Not an easy task considering the tools are mostly geared towards the game’s less formal uprising in the Himalayas with less emphasis on military style props. However, with a bit of perseverance and time we managed to create the map, or at least part of it before running low on system resources. The first video shows off the map using the tools and talks through its features drawing comparisons with the original game. The second video is a no-nonsense play-through. If you’re interested in playing the map or simply wanting to look around in the map editor then search for (without the quotes) “MGS V Ground Zeroes5” on the PC version.
