According to a tweet from Sony’s Shuhei Yoshida the company has managed to sell through 1 million units in 24 hours since launching in North America on the 15th of November. These are impressive numbers, and with the console all prepped for release in other regions at the end of the month, means the initial quarterly sales of the console will be very encouraging.
